We'll provide customised documentation and interview styles that fit your organisation. We have a series of Skills Assessments that have been developed to accurately assess a candidate's level of competency when using computer software. These are not screen based, multiple answer assessments but rather actual tasks that we ask candidate's to undertake within a certain time frame. The results are assessed by our training staff and a full report is provided. Imagine needing to employ a highly competent bookkeeper and knowing that their skills have been assessed by a fully qualified trainer, who is also an accountant! Pre-screening Candidates.
